摘　　要：腺苷超声心动图负荷试验通过观察药物负荷下室壁运动,提供诊断心肌缺血的有用信息,虽然超声图像分析依赖于操作者的熟练程度及主观经验,影响了诊断的准确性,但近年随着新技术的发展,诊断冠心病的敏感性和特异性不断提高。现就腺苷超声心动图负荷试验在诊断冠心病方面的应用及进展进行综述。Adenosine stress echocardiography detects myocardial ischemia, by identifying a transient worsening in regional function during stress. Although it is dependent on the training of the operator, new techniques have improved the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis. This article reviews the advances in the application of adenosine stress echocardiography for diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
