摘　　要：在2007年召开的TCT大会上,专家们通过临床试验结果说明了药物涂层支架和晚期支架内血栓的关系,药物涂层支架的安全性和有效性再一次得到了证实。但在药物涂层支架的临床应用中仍然存在着贴壁不良、支架断裂等其他问题。因此,关于药物涂层支架安全性的问题争论仍将继续。而在药物涂层支架负面作用的防治上,药物治疗、新型支架的发展等方法也在逐步发展之中。At the 2007 TCT Conference, specialists demonstrated the relationship between drug-eluting stents （DES） and LAST based on evidence from clinical trials in the preceding few years. The results proved the safety and effectiveness of DES. However, the use of DES still poses many problems, such as incomplete stent apposition, and stent strut fracture. The debate on the safety of DES is set to continue for a long time. Given the dangers of treatment with DES, new methods have been developed, like drug therapy, and new types stent are under dewlopment.
