摘  要:农产品的品质主要受遗传因素和外界环境所控制。多种研究表明,中、微量元素与农产品品质密切相关。本文根据近年来的一些研究,综述了中、微量元素(Ca,Mg,S,Fe,B,Mn,Cu,Zn,Mo,Cl)以及少数有益元素(Se,Si,Na,N i)的生理功能及其对主要农产品品质的影响,并对此方面的研究现状和发展趋势提出了一些看法。There is a close relation between quality of agricultural products and humanhealth. Quality of agricultural products mainly depend on the genetic factors and environ -mental factors. Many studies have showed that there are great effects of middle and mi - ero elements on agricultural products" quality. Based on current research, the physiological functions of some essential elements such as calcium, magnesium, sulphur, zinc, iron, manganese, boron, molybdenum, chlorine, copper and a few beneficial elements such as silicon, selenium, sodium, nickel were reviewed, and the effects of these elements on main agricultural products" quality were discussed. Some viewpoints to the trends of now and future research were also put forward in this paper.
