克劳茨基棉和代维逊氏棉孢粉的形态和结构比较

摘　　要：在扫描电子显微镜下观察了棉属中G. klotzschianum和G. davidsonii两个种的花粉结构和形态。发现花粉萌发孔的数量和排列方式,以及花粉壁的柱状层中基粒棒的宽窄和排列密度等方面,均有极明显的差别。因此,将这两个棉种作为独立种是有孢粉学依据的。The morphology and structure of the pollen grains of two Gossypium species,G. klotzschianum Anderson and G. davidsonii kellogg were studied from the taxono-mic viewpoint under the scanning electron microscope. It was found that the twoGossypium species differed from each other in the number and type of tremata distri-bution on the surface of pollen grains. the length and broadness of the columellaein the sporodermis and some other attributes of the morphology and structure. Theseconspicuous differences between these two species can serve as palynlogical evidencefor the conclusion that they were two taxanomically independent species.
