摘　　要：目的调查海南省医院输血科(血库)生物安全防护的建设和管理现状。方法根据生物安全的要求,调查海南省16家医院输血科(血库)生物安全方面建设及管理。结果多家医院输血科(血库)正处初步设立阶段,尚未完善生物安全建设及管理,存在一定的安全隐患。结论应充分重视及加强医院输血科(血库)实验室生物安全建设及管理。Objective To better understand the present conditions of biosafety in construction and management on department of blood transfusion in hospitals of hainan province. Methods 16 hospitals in hainan province were collected to study according to the criteria of biosafty. Results Concealed dangers was on department of blood ttransfusion in many hospitals for the imperfection of biosafety in construction and management, and the many of department of blood transfusion were at the early stage of construction. Conclusion More attention should be payed to the biosafety in construction and management.
