摘  要:针对大情字井地区低渗透、多断块、裂缝性薄(互)层(<2m)给压裂改造带来的难题,开展了薄(互)层水力裂缝方位测试;有限元复杂边界限制整体压裂优化设计研究;薄(互)层纵向扩展规律、有效改造程度和提高裂缝性薄层渗流能力有效改造配套技术的研究。通过两年来在大情字井100多个2m以下天然裂缝发育的薄(互)层采用三种粒径组合支撑的加砂工艺及多项技术的集成研究与压裂实践,不仅使大情字井2m以下的薄(互)层有效改造,而且取得了高于方案设计水平22%压后稳产水平和效果,具有一定的推广价值。Aiming at the difficult problems of Daqingzijing ar-ea,with low permeability,many fault blocks,fracture type reser-voir with thin layers,a series of researches were carried out,such as hydraulic fracturing orientation measurement,integral hydraulic fracturing optimized design with the method of finite element under the situation of complex boundary restrict,the longitudinal exten-ding rule of the thin layers and interbed,the assorted technologyfor reconstructing efficiently and enhancing the filtrational ability of fracture type reservoir.More than 100 layers with less than 2 me-ters thick,with the character of natural fracture type reservoir,were restructured by the sandfrac with 3 kinds of grain size proppa-nts.The research and application of many technology integration,not only such layers above have been remoulded efficiently,but al-so the stabilized production which was 22% higher than the design was obtained.
