摘  要:目的:了解沈阳地区汉族老年人维生素D受体(VDR)基因启动子Cdx-2结合位点多态性及其等位基因频率的分布和特征。方法:用多重聚合酶链反应法检测173老年人Cdx-2结合位点多态性,计算基因型及等位基因频率。结果:该人群Cdx-2结合位点多态性分布:AA型30.6%、AG型53.8%、GG型15.6%;男性:AA型12%、AG型65.3%、GG型22.7%;女性:AA型44.9%、AG型44.9%、GG型10.2%。男女之间基因型分布频率差异显著。A型和G型等位基因频率分别为:0.58和0.42;男女之等位基因频率差异显著。而且该人群三种基因型分布与荷兰人和日本人均有差异。结论:沈阳地区汉族老年人维生素D受体基因启动子中Cdx-2结合位点多态性男女间基因型分布有差异,而且与其他种族和地区的人群也不同。Objective:To study vitamin D receptor(VDR) gene promoter cdx-2 binding site polymorphism and its alleles frequencies distribution of the elderly of Han nationality in Shenyang area. Methods: VDR gene promoter cdx-2 binding site polymorphisms of 173 cases of the elderly were detected by ASM-PCR (Allele-Specific multiplex, PCR). The frequencies of cdx-2 genotypes were calculated and were compared with other population. Results:The distribution of cdx-2 binding site polymorphism in these elederly:AA:30. 6% ,AG:53.8%,GG: 15.6% . Male:AA: 12%, AG: 65.3% ,GG:22.7 %. Female: AA: 44.9 %, AG: 44.9 %, GG: 10.2 %. There were differences in the distribution of cdx-2 genotypes between men and women. The frequencies of two common alleles A and G were 0. 58 and 0.42 respectively. And there were differences of alleles frequencies distribution between man and women. Three genotypes of these elderly were differences with the elderly in Dutch and old women in Japan. Conclusions:There were differences in the genotypes distribution of VDR gene promoter edx-2 binding site polymorphism between men and women in Shenyang.
