中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合方法治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法将68例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为2组,对照组33例采用西医常规治疗;治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上加用半夏泻心汤加减,并隔姜灸上脘、中脘、气海。2组均1周后观察疗效。结果显效率和总有效率治疗组分别为77%和91%,对照组分别为48%和76%,2组比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效显著。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on type 2 diabetic gastroparesis.Methods 68 patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group with 33 cases was treated by routine Western medicine;by the same treatment,the therapy group with 35 cases was treated added with Banxia Xiexin Decoction,ginger partitioned moxibustion at points of Shangwan,Zhongwan and Qihai.The effectes were observed after 1 week.Results The value of obvious effective rate and total effective rate in the therapy group were 77% and 91% respectively;and those in the control group were 48% and 76%.There were significant differences between both groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The method of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on diabetic gastroparesis is conspicuous.
