摘  要:目的寻找一种实时、无创监测脑血氧变化的方法以应用于针灸治疗效应的研究。方法利用美国产RunMan仪检测豚鼠正常时、脑血瘀证时、针灸风池及针灸风池、合谷、三阴交、血海(四穴)后脑血氧含量,采集血氧波形并用MATLAB软件进行处理分析。设立3个对照组。结果生理盐水组与单纯针灸组豚鼠脑血氧含量无明显变化。脑血瘀证时,豚鼠脑血含量上升,氧含量下降;针灸风池与四穴后脑血含量下降,氧含量上升;在针灸20 min内血氧含量明显改善,可维持20 min以上;脑血氧波形紊乱,针灸四穴后可基本恢复正常。结论近红外光光谱法能检测到针灸前后脑血氧含量的变化,是一种实时、无创伤的检测方法,可用来评价针灸治疗的效应。Objective It is to find a method of noninvasive monitoring cerebral blood and oxygen changes to studying on the effect of acupuncturing.Methods The contents of cerebral blood and oxygen of guinea pig in the normal,with the cerebral blood stasis,acupunctured Fengchi only,acupunctured Fengchi,Hegu,Sanyinjiao,Xuehai(4 points) were detected respectively?with RunMan instrument made in American.And to check the waves of the volume at every stage, which was analyzed with MATLAB software.3 controls were set up.Results The contents of cerebral blood and oxygen in the animals injected into NS and purely acupunctured were no obviously changes.The contents of cerebral blood raised and that of cerebral oxygen reduced,the waves disordered in animals with the cerebral blood stasis.The variations of all over could tend to recover the normal state in 20 minutes after acupuncturing and maintain more than 20 minutes,so did the wave of cerebral blood and oxygen.Conclusion The nearinfrared spectroscopy was a method of the real time and noninvasive monitoring and may be used to evaluate the effect of acupuncture therapy by inspecting the different of the cerebral blood and oxygen in pro and post acupuncturing.
