摘  要:应用理化分析和铁谱分析方法,监测汽车发动机润滑油黏度、酸值、水分、闪点、燃点以及磨损烈度指数和大磨粒数等评价指标的变化,研究了汽油机油衰变规律;通过灰色关联分析,确定了汽车行驶里程与发动机油液监测指标间的关联度和关联序,为油液监测下的定期换油和监测指标的筛选提供依据。试验结果表明,随行车里程的增加,酸值显著增加,黏度缓慢增加,闪点、燃点略降,水分、磨损烈度指数和大磨粒数等指标无明显变化。对于汽车行驶里程,发动机油液监测指标间的关联序依次是酸值、燃点、闪点、黏度、大磨粒数和磨损烈度指数。因此,为降低油液监测成本,可以选取酸值、闪点进行检测,并延长磨损烈度指数的检测周期。Physicochemical property analysis and ferrography analysis are used to monitor the variation of evaluation indexes of engine oil such as viscosity, acid value, water content, flashing point, ignition point, severity of wear index and number of large abrasion particles, and the degradation of engine oil was analyzed. Using grey relational analysis, the relational degree and the relational order between mileages and evaluation indexes are determined and provide the basis for periodic oil-change and selection of monitoring indexes. The results showed that with increase in mileages, the acid value would increase dramatically while the viscosity increases slowly, and little variation in flashing point, ignition point, water content, severity of wear index and number of big abrasion particles was found. The relational order of indexes to mileages is acid value, ignition point, viscosity, number of big abrasion particles and severity of wear index. Monitoring acid value and flashing point and increasing detecting period of severity of wear index can lower the monitoring cost.
