摘　　要：阿富汗的现状表明,美国主导的阿富汗重建严重失效。这有国内、国际两方面的原因。国内原因在于政治上的战乱;经济上的贫穷和罂粟种植经济;思想上的宗教极端主义泛滥,但根本原因在于阿富汗战争后所建立的"民主"政府失灵。国际原因在于,美国主导的阿富汗重建是服从于美国对全球战略利益的,重建的目标不是在阿富汗铲除恐怖主义产生的土壤和条件,而是在全球扩大美国的利益,实现美国的单极霸权。The Dilemma in Afghanistan demonstrates:the rebuilding of Afghanistan is falling into critical failure for both international and internal reasons.The internal reasons are:lasting political upheaval,economic depression,the opium planting and the chaos of religious extremism force.But the basic reason for creating this dilemma is the 'democratic politics' after Afghanistan War fails to operate.The international reason is that the rebuilding dominated by U.S.is committed to its global strategic interests,and the goal is to enhance U.S.'s interests and maintain its sole superpower in the world,rather than to eliminate the soils and conditions of engendering terrorism in Afghanistan.
