针梳自调匀整故障诊断系统研究

摘　　要：本文作者在研制机电一体化针梳机自调匀整装置的同时研究,设计了一套对自调匀整过程进行故障诊断的监控系统,基于时间序列分析的理论,可以对针梳机自调匀整过程中出现的故障进行预报和自诊断,从而达到提高产品质量的目的。Based upon the investigation and discussion, a mechatromic autoleveller of the gill machine was developed. This design with trouble diagnosis system has the monitoring effect. Through the analysis of its time series, the system' s stability and obstacle diagnosis, different kinds of obstacles can be found and forecasted. It is proved that this machatronic autoleveller is an ideal one for improving the quality of the products effectively.
