失业者再就业经济地位的影响因素研究——基于对保定市失业者社会资本与人力资本的调查

摘　　要：根据韦伯职业分层的三个标准,认为再就业经济地位(收入)是衡量失业者再就业职业地位的一项重要指标。通过对保定市300名失业者的实证研究,着重考察了失业者拥有的社会资本和人力资本对其再就业经济地位所起的作用。结果显示,作为非正式制度的社会资本(集中在嵌入的网络资源)对失业者再就业经济地位有显著影响,而人力资本却出现"失灵"现象。在此基础上,文章提出保定市在正式制度"缺位"的社会结构转型期须重视社会资本对再就业经济地位的效用与局限性、应进行正式制度如社会保障制度的建设与完善、加强再就业培训等人力资本的更新。In this article, considering the unemployed re-employment as the process of obtaining a professional economic status, based on the survey of the 300 unemployed in Baoding city, it researched how the social capital and human capital influenced its re-employment economic status. It holds that the social capital of the unemployed has a notable influence to re-employment economic status, limited in the embedded network resources, and human capital has a ＂failure＂ phenomenon. Finally, it proposed that we should pay attention to the utility and limitations of social capital and carry on the official system like social security systems＇construction and the consummation and update human capital in the social restructuring period.
