摘　　要：嵩县南部地区是熊耳山-外方山金成矿带的一部分,区内先后发生多期构造变动,区域变质、混合岩化及岩浆活动十分强烈,具有良好的金矿成矿地质条件.金矿床(点)多分布于三级火山构造带中,占总数的82%,地幔热柱活动为嵩县南部地区的成矿提供了能量和物质来源,古、中元古代的火山机构为成矿提供了浅部构造空间,是找矿的良好靶区.The south of Song county is a part of gold metallgonenic belt of bear ear and waifang mountain, in which tectonic activities, areal alteration, migmatization and megma activities are stong. It has good metallgonenic geological condition in gold field. The gold ores （spots） mostly distribute in the third class volcanic tectonic belt, which hold about 82%. The activities of mantle plume provide the energy and material source for metallogenesis in south of Song county. The structure of volcano in old and mid - proterozoic era is the best low structure room of metallogenesis, which is a good prospecting target.
