摘 要:为了解决高硫煤燃前磁选脱硫效率低的问题,提出了利用物理、化学等方法增强煤系硫化矿物的磁性,使煤与煤系硫化矿物很好分离,达到燃前磁选脱硫的目的.近年来,国内外对煤系硫化矿物磁性强化技术的研究很多,按其作用机理主要分为2类:容积法和表面法.容积法主要包括半焦化法、氧化还原焙烧法、微波辐照法等;表面法主要包括选择性磁罩盖法、磁性药剂磁化法等.本文着重对上述方法进行系统地阐述,并就具体的研究方向提出了几点建议.In order to solve the inefficient desulfurization of pre - combustion magnetic separation of high - sulfur coal, some physical and chemic techniques were put forward to enhance magnetism of coal - derived sulfide minerals, which made coal and coal- derived sulfide minerals separate well and achieved the aim of pre - combustion desulfurization. At present, there are many studies about the technology of enhancing magnetism of coal - derived sulfide minerals, which according to action mechanism, could be divided into two kinds: the method based on volume and the method based on surface. The former comprises of half eoking heat treatment, reductant -oxidant bakes and microwave irradiation pretreatment. The latter includes selective adhesion of magnetic casing, magnetization of magnetic medicament, etc. In the paper, the above methods were introduced systematically and some suggestions on the research orientation were put forward.
