摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定颠茄浸膏片中硫酸阿托品的含量。方法:以乙腈-甲醇-0.006 mol/L庚烷基磺酸钠的0.01 M磷酸盐(磷酸二氢钾-磷酸氢二钾:(1∶1)溶液(25∶10∶65)为流动相;流速为:1.0 mL/min;检测波长为211 nm。结果:线性范围为0.4-2.0μg,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.45%,RSD%为0.60%。结论:本法简便、准确、灵敏,适用于本制剂质量监控。Objective： To establish HPLC method for determination of atropine sulphate in Belladonna extract tablet. Methods： The mobile phase cosisted of acetonitrile-methanol-0.006moL/L SAS 0.01 M phosphate solution（25：10：65）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 211 nm. Results： The linear range was from 0.4p.g to 2.0μg, r=0.9998; the average recovery was 99.45% with the RSD% of 0.60%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate ans sensitive, referring to quality control for this preparation.
