胆炎康泰胶囊治疗胆囊炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察康泰胶囊对家兔胆汁流量的影响及对胆囊炎豚鼠胆囊病理变化的影响,探讨该药对胆囊炎的治疗作用。方法:采用在体引流家兔胆汁,比较前后胆汁流量;采用盐酸林可霉素致豚鼠胆囊炎病理模型来比较胆炎康泰胶囊的抗炎作用。结果:胆炎康泰胶囊高、中、低三个剂量组(0.130 g/kg、0.065 g/kg、0.033 g/kg)能显著增加家兔胆汁分泌量,且高剂量组给药后1 h和2 h的利胆作用明显强于消炎利胆片组的利胆作用;胆炎康泰胶囊高、中、低三个剂量组(0.208 g/kg、0.104 g/kg、0.052g/kg)均能明显改善胆囊炎豚鼠胆囊的病理变化。结论:胆炎康泰胶囊具有较好的利胆、消炎的作用。Objective： Through observing the effects of Danyan-Kangtai Capsule on bile flow rate of rabbit and bile-cyst pathological change of cavy with cholecystitis, to investigate the therapeutic action of this drug to cholecystitis. Methods： The bile flow rates were compared by draining rabbit＇s bile; the anti-inflammatory effects of Danyan-Kangtai Capsule were compared by constructing pathological model of cholecystitis with lincomycin hydrochloride. Results： The high, middle and low dose group of Danyan-Kangtai Capsule（0.130, 0.065, 0.033 g/kg） could increase secretory volume of bile, and high dose group had stronger choleretic effect than Xiaoyan-Lidan tablet after giving drugs 1 hour and 2 hours. All dose group of Danyan- Kangtai Capsule（0.208, 0.104, 0.052 g/kg） could reduce cholecyst pathological change of cavy with choleeystitis. Conclusion： Danyan-Kangtai Capsule has a good cholagogue and antiphlogistic effect.
