地方合并高校服务地方经济社会发展作用机制研究

摘　　要：地方合并高校是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,地方合并高校服务地方经济社会发展是高等教育发展的必然趋势,是时代赋予的重要使命,在新的挑战面前,地方合并高校应明确办学指导思想,进行科学合理定位,形成鲜明的办学特色,创建实现"人才培养、科学研究、社会服务"三大功能的管理模式,以市场需求为导向,通过产学研结合,培养大学生的创新精神和实践能力,实现地方合并高校与地方经济社会发展互动"双赢",是完成这一重要使命的有效途径。Local merged universities are an important component in our country＇ s higher education system. Their service to the local economy and social development is an inevitable trend and an important mission entrusted by the times. Facing the new challenges, the merged universities should have a clear guiding ideology of education, a scientific and rational position, and a unique feature of running school. They should also form a management model with three major functions： personnel training, scientific research, and social service. Cultivating students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability by combination of production, research and market guidance, achieving the ＂double win＂ for merged universities and local economy, all of these are effective ways to accomplish the important mission.
