摘　　要：通过分析短周期拉弧螺柱焊的原理、特点和工艺过程,结合拉弧螺柱焊在车身焊接中的特点,对车身焊接过程中的螺柱焊焊接缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结合生产现场的实际情况,对生产中产生的焊接缺陷提出了相应的解决措施。对于提高车身的螺柱焊接质量具有一定的指导作用。By analyzing the principle, characteristic and technical process of the short cycle time arc stud welding combined with the characteristic of arc stud welding, the reason of the defect during the process of welding is analyzed. Based on the situation in the production field, the solution is put forward, which is instructive to improve the quality of stud welding.
