摘  要:丘东油田主力气藏具有低孔、细喉、含有敏感性矿物和裂缝分布等特点,储层主要的潜在损害为水敏、速敏、水锁及应力敏感损害。在两性离子聚磺钻井液的基础上,通过实验优选出高效防水锁剂ABSN、成膜剂OCL-BJ和理想充填暂堵剂以及其推荐加量,研制出了低伤害两性离子聚磺钻井液,并对其性能进行了评价。性能评价结果表明,该钻井液具有良好的抗高温稳定性,抗温达140℃;API滤失量不大于5 mL,高温高压滤失量不大于10 mL;摩阻系数不大于0.141;与储层岩石和流体的配伍性好;其动态渗透率恢复值大于81.0%,具有较好的保护储层效果;动滤失量较低,初滤失基本实现了零滤失,钻井液成膜效果良好,适用于丘东油田低渗气层的钻进需要。The reservoirs of the Qiudong oilfield are characteristic of low permeability and slim pore throats,coupled with water sensitive clays and fractures.To minimize the impairment of the reservoir permeability caused by drilling fluid filtrate and pressure changes,some special mud additives,such as ABSN(for the prevention of water block),filming agent OCL-BJ and ideal packing temporary plugging agent were developed in laboratory.When treated with these additives in a specified concentration,a zwitterionic polymer sulfonate drilling fluid acquired the function of reservoir protection.Laboratory evaluation showed that this fluid was stable at 140 ℃ with filtrate loss being less than 5 mL,and HTHP filtrate loss less than 10 mL.Friction coefficient was less than or equal to 0.141.The filtrate of the fluid was compatible with the fluids in the reservoir rocks,and core test showed that the dynamic permeability recovery was greater than 81.0%.Also observed in the experiments were that the spurt loss was almost zero and a high quality film generated by the fluid.
