摘  要:坨深6井是胜利油田宁海地区的一口重点预探井,完钻时(井深4 230 m)钻井液密度达1.95 g/cm3。该井上部地层疏松,成岩性差,部分井段存在破裂带,地层承压能力低;下部地层压力系数和井底温度较高,易产生井壁坍塌、压差卡钻和井漏等复杂事故。针对井壁稳定、井眼清洁和润滑防卡3大技术难点,经过大量的室内实验,确定了在坨深6井高密度井段使用聚(磺)聚合醇防塌高密度钻井液体系。现场应用表明,该体系流变性较好,抑制能力及抗温能力较强,固相容量高,可加重至钻井液密度为2.0 g/cm3;且工艺简单,操作方便。应用该钻井液体系,较好地解决了该地区井壁的严重失稳问题,保证了钻进施工的顺利进行,基本上能满足胜利油田宁海地区高密度钻井的需要。Well Tuoshen-6 was a key exploration well in Ninghai area,Shengli oilfield,completed at 4,230 m,at which mud density was as high as 1.95 g/cm3.The low pressure gradient top portion of the formations penetrated by the well was unconsolidated,in which fractures were abundant.In the lower portion of the bore hole,on the other hand,high formation pressure and temperatures existed,resulting in drilling problems such as bore hole collapse,pipe sticking and lost circulation.To solve these problems,comprehensive laboratory researches had been done on the improvement of the drilling fluid used.A high density poly glycol/polymer mud was finally selected.This mud had satisfactory rheology,inhibitive capacity,temperature stability,and drilled cuttings tolerance even at a density of 2.0 g/cm3.The use of this high density mud was successful in Ninghai area.
