摘  要:针对庆深气田深井气井防气窜固井的需求,在胶乳水泥浆基础上,通过加入纤维和膨胀剂研制出了微膨增韧胶乳防气窜水泥浆。用冲击功实验和水泥浆膨胀仪对纤维和膨胀剂的适宜加量进行了优选。性能评价结果表明,加入0.5%纤维和1.5%~2.0%膨胀剂,对水泥浆的流动度、游离液、失水无影响,但提高了水泥石抗压强度;该水泥浆具有理想的直角稠化曲线,有利于防止气窜的发生,而且稠化时间可调。该水泥浆在庆深气田4口深井气井中进行了试验应用,4口井均没有发生气窜且固井质量好,表明,该水泥浆能够满足深井气井固井施工的要求。Gas-check cement was required for a high quality of oil well cement job in deep gas well in Qingshen area.A gas-check cement slurry was recently developed by introducing fiber and expansion agent into the latex cement slurry.This new cement slurry has a low rate of expansion and enhanced toughness.The concentrations of fiber and expansion agent were optimized through laboratory experiments.The addition of fiber at 0.5% and expansion agent at 1.5%~2.0% had no influence on the fluidity,free water and filtration of the cement slurry used,but the compressive strength of the cement set was increased.This cement slurry had an ideal right angle shaped consistency curve,with its thickening time being adjustable.Application of the cement slurry in 4 deep gas wells showed that no gas channeling was ever encountered,and a good cementing job quality was obtained.
