摘 要:台63井是一口断层井,位于山前构造,地层情况复杂,钻井过程中极易发生垮塌、井斜和井漏。该井一开采用正电胶钻井液,二开和三开采用有机、无机混合盐PRT钻井液。由于钻井速度较慢、井斜难以控制,二开井段采用了Power-V钻井工艺技术,因此要求有机、无机混合盐PRT钻井液各项性能均要达到Power-V仪器工作的需要。现场应用表明,该体系用35%~40%有机盐和5%~7%KCl减少了相同密度下钻井液中不溶物固相的含量,保证了良好的流变性。有机盐和无机盐的配合使用,既提高了钻井液抑制性,又降低了成本,解决了山前构造高压易塌和大段推覆体地层的安全钻井问题。Well Tai63 is a well located in fault block zone,and bore hole sloughing,hole deviation and mud losses were encountered frequently.In the second interval,the Power-V drilling technology was adopted to overcome the drilling problems such as low penetration rate and high deviation of the hole.It was thus required that the mud used in this interval,the organic/inorganic salts drilling fluid,PRT,have properties in line with the demands of Power-V technology.By increasing the concentrations of the inorganic salt to 35%~40%,and KCl to 5%~7%,the requirement imposed by Power-V was satisfied,and the mud had low solids content because of the use of more salts,and improved inhibitive capacity,which was suitable for drilling in high pressure sloughing and thrust slice formations.
