摘  要:针对冀东油田馆陶组中部、东营组二段及三段采用常规聚合物钻井液钻井时,钻井液抑制性差、复杂情况多、机械钻速低、油层保护效果不理想等问题,在M16×3井三开井段采用了KCl/PolyPlus水基钻井液。该体系主要由生物聚合物增黏剂、泥页岩稳定剂、包被剂、抑制剂、杀菌剂等组成。该体系有害固相含量低,泥饼质量好,能最大限度地防止固相颗粒对储层造成的损害。现场应用表明,KCl/PolyPlus水基钻井液性能稳定,具有独特的流变性,抑制防塌性能好,润滑防卡能力强,井眼净化效果好,钻进过程中没有发生阻卡、井漏及其它复杂情况,钻速快,满足了该井的钻井工程需要;钻井液荧光级别低,不影响录井,是一种适合该地区探井钻井的优质钻井液。Conventional polymer mud had been used in Jidong oilfield to drill the Guantao formation and the member 2 and member 3 of the Dongying formation.The polymer used had a poor inhibitive capacity and the penetration rate was generally low.Downhole troubles were frequently encountered during drilling.In well M16×3,the mud was changed to KCl/PolyPlus water base mud,which was formulated with biopolymer,shale inhibitor and encapsulator,and bactericide etc.Field practice showed that KCl/PolyPlus fluid had stable properties and rheology,and good lubricity.No bore hole sloughing was again encountered,and hole cleaning was satisfactory.Penetration rate was higher compared with conventional drilling fluids.
