摘 要:丰深5井是位于济阳坳陷东营凹陷北部陡坡带的1口预探井,该井钻遇大段巨厚泥岩、膏泥岩、盐膏层,地层倾角大,裂缝发育,井壁稳定难度大。针对丰深5井地层特点,采用了双聚封堵防塌钻井液、欠饱和盐水双聚磺防塌钻井液。现场应用表明,应用的钻井液具有良好的流变性能和较强的携岩能力,稳定井壁效果好,抗盐膏及油气污染能力强,高温稳定性突出,满足了钻井的施工需要,保证了安全、优快钻进。Well Fengshen-5,an exploration well located in Dongying depression,penetrated thick shale and gypsum/salt formations with high dip angles and developed fractures.Bore hole wall stability is a challenge to the drilling operation.Based on the analyses of the formation characteristics,an inhibitive mud and an under-saturated salt sulfonate inhibitive mud were chosen for use in drilling the troublesome formations.These drilling fluids had stable rheology and good cuttings carrying capacity at elevated temperatures.The use of sulfonate chemicals was to prevent the contamination to the mud from the salt/gypsum formations.Field practice showed that the use of these drilling fluids were successful.
