摘　　要：从医学哲学角度对中藏医比较,有必要从佛教这一角度深入展开。佛教对中医的影响涉及理、法、方、药诸多方面,但"佛理"并未深入中医"医理"。佛教对藏医的影响则深刻而久远,藏医文化以佛为本,藏医医理通佛理,藏医医德即是佛教精神在医学上的具体体现。从哲理到医理,不仅仅是中藏医研究的必要,对中西医研究也有启迪。It is necessary to compare the traditional Chinese medical science with Tibetan medicine from the viewpoint of medical philosophy.Although the impact of Buddhism on Chinese herbal medicine involved in many aspects,but Buddhism didn't deeply penetrate into the basic medical principle.However,the im- pact of Buddhism on Tibetan medicine,which was based on the Buddhism,was profound.The medical ethics of Tibetan medicine is the practical embodiment of the Buddhist spirit.The philosophic and medical theories are necessary to study of the Chinese and Tibetan medicine;furthermore,it will provide enlightenment to the study of Chinese and Western medicine.
