Ⅰ型噁唑烷的鞣法应用

摘　　要：对Ⅰ型噁唑烷（I—Oz）的单独鞣革、无盐浸酸前预处理、铬鞣后期助鞣与植物鞣剂结合鞣4种情况下的鞣法工艺进行研究。结果表明：I-Oz单独鞣革在2个pH值范围内有较好的鞣性，鞣革的收缩温度可达到87％；作为无盐浸酸预鞣剂，当用量达到2％时，可以完全抑制后续浸酸工序中的膨胀；用于助鞣当I-Oz用量在1％～4％，成革Cr2O3增量在11％～36％；结合鞣时，在栲胶和I-Oz用量分别为10％和4％时，得到的鞣革的收缩温度最高达94．8℃。Four kinds of trial were done with I - Oxazolidine （ I - Oz） which I - Oz was used as ： 1 ） solo tanning agent ; 2 ） pretreating agent for salt - free pickling process before chrome tanning ; 3 ） auxiliary tanning agent to help chrome exhausted at the end of tannage ; 4） vegetable combined tannage with mimosa. The results indicate that ： 1 ） I - Oz has good tanning property at two pH value, the shrunk temperature （Ts） of leather tanned with 5% I -Ox is close to 87 ~C under those conditions ; 2） the pelt would not swell in pickling process after pretreated with 2% I -Oz; 3） when 1%- 4% I -Oz is used at the end of tanning, Cr203 increment in leather is 11% ~ 36% ; 4） the maximal Ts is 94.8℃ with 4% I - Oz and 10% mimosa tannin in combination tannage.
