摘  要:为解决定岛型超细纤维合成革基布染色难的问题,对染料进行了筛选;并通过系列试验探讨了定岛型超细纤维合成革基布的无助剂染色工艺条件。结果表明:酸性和弱酸性染料对定岛型超细纤维合成革有良好的匀染性、结合性和染深性;分散染料对聚氨酯的染色性较好,可以与酸性染料或其它染料进行配伍使用;固色剂一般可提高干湿擦牢度1~2级;较佳染色工艺条件为温度90℃、pH值5.0~6.0、低温匀染时间40~50min、高温上染时间10min、浴比1:20、染深色染料用量5%~7%(owl-以基布质量计)、染中浅色染料用量3%~5%(owf-以基布质量计)。The dyes were screened in order to solve the issue of difficult dyeing the base of the figured sea - island super - fine fiber synthetic leather. After a series of experiments, the dyeing process conditions without the auxiliary agents on the sea - island super- fine fibers for synthetic leather base were decided. The results show that the acid and weak acid dyes have a good level dyeing, combining and deep dyeing property on the figured sea - island of super - fine fiber synthetic leather. The dyeability of disperse dyes has a good effect on the polyurethane and used compatibly with acid dyes or others. The wet and dry rub fastness of dye fixing agent improve 1 or 2 levels. The optimum conditions for the dyeing process are that the temperature is 90℃, pH is between 5.0 and 6.0, the low - temperature level dyeing time is 40 min, the high - temperature dyeing time is 10 min, the bath ratio is 1: 20, the dark - colored dye amount is 5% - 7% (owf) and the light - colored dye amount is 3% - 5% (owf).
