摘 要:在总结前人研究工作的基础上,采用正交试验的方法探讨了致孔剂NaHCO3、NH4HCO3和CaCO3的用量和种类以及反应条件,对薄膜透湿性和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明最优的工艺条件为:致孔剂使用CaCO3,使用量为聚氨酯树脂固含量的3%,凝固时间5min,凝固溶液pH值为2。采用最优工艺处理后的聚氨酯薄膜透湿性可以达到24882.65g/m2·24h,比未处理的合成聚氨酯提高了近43%,比人造革制造中常用的底涂PU7020分别提高了70%。The three different porogens were studied such as sodium bicarbonate , ammonia bicarbonate and calcium carbonate based on the former studies. And the influence of the dosage and the kinds of porogens, the soaking time and the pH value of the soaking solutions on moisture permeability and mechanical properties of polyurethane coating were investigated by orthonormal tests. The results indicate that the optimum condition is as follows: the dosage of CaCO3 is 3%, the freezing time is 5 minutes and the pH value of the freezing solution is 2. The water vapor permeability of polyurethane coating reaches 24 882. 65g/m^2 · 24h, increasing by 43% after treated under the optimum condition, and comparing with the common industrial polyurethane for bottom finishing, it is increased by 70%, with eligible mechanical performance.
