摘  要:提出了金属离子水解生成金属配离子单体的配位聚合能力决定于离子势假说。以钢铁盐酸酸洗废液和氯化铝为原料,制备了高浓度氯化铝铁共聚物(CPAFC)。红外光谱(FTIR)确认了CPAFC中Fe、Al之间的羟基桥联键合结构;动态光散射首次测得稀溶液中CPAFC的粒径呈正态分布,表明其为非聚集形态,无机高分子的尺寸和电荷籍此得到表征。应用试验表明:CPAFC性价比优良,是高浓度涂饰废水处理的理想混凝剂。并对高浓度废水混凝处理机理提出了更加明确的阐述。The hypothesis that the coordinative polymerization capability of the metal monmers formed by Fe^3+ ( or Al^3+ ) hydrolysis is dominated on its ion potential was elaborated in this paper. Using a novel synthetic method, a high concentration of copolymerized aluminium -ferrum chloride (CPAFC) was prepared with aluminums chloride and waste liquor (WL) from steel - cleaning in hydrochloric acid. The hydroxyl - bridge - bonded mode between Fe^3+ and Al^3+ in CPAFC was characterized by FTIR, and the normal distribution of the particles of CPAFC in dilute solution confirmed that there were no aggregates present, and the size and zeta potential were respectively 116.2nm and 43.5mV by means of dynamic light scattering. The applying results indicated that CPAFC as a fine cost - effective coagulant was suitable to treatment of a high concentration of finishing effluent.
