摘 要:在室内可控条件下,对鲇(Silurus asotusLinnaeus)进行7d、14d和21d的饥饿处理,随后各组恢复投喂20d,研究饥饿和再投喂对鲇血液生理生化指标的影响。结果显示:饥饿过程中,鲇血液红细胞数和血红蛋白14d内上升,血红蛋白上升显著(p<0.05),21d后两项生理指标开始下降;饥饿7d后血糖浓度显著下降(p<0.05),饥饿14d和21d后趋于相对稳定;总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白均呈下降趋势,分别在饥饿的14d、7d和21d后与饥饿前达到显著性差异(p<0.05);甘油三酯和总胆固醇分别在饥饿7d和21d后显著下降(p<0.05);饥饿14d后Na+和Cl-浓度显著下降(p<0.05),21d后Na+浓度却又显著上升(p<0.05),Cl-浓度有所回升;Ca2+浓度在饥饿过程中逐渐下降,且差异显著(p<0.05)。饥饿对K+浓度和碱性磷酸酶活力没有明显影响。恢复投喂20d后,测定的血液指标均有不同程度的恢复。采用二元三次方程(CUB类型)就各项生理生化指标对饥饿时间(d)进行的回归分析表明,Ca2+与饥饿时间的决定系数(R2)最大,为0.964,因此将鲇血液的Ca2+浓度作为其饥饿的评价指标则相对可信。Under the controllable indoor conditions,Silurus asotus were disposed with the starvation of 7d,14d and 21d respectively.After that,each group was resumed to refeed for 20 days.Then the effects of starvation and refeeding on the physiological and bio-chemical of the blood of Silurus asotus were studied in this experiment.Results were revealed as following:The numbers of the red cells increased after starvation in 14d and then decreased(p〉0.05) after starvation for 21d.The hemoglobin content increased significantly(p〈0.05) after starvation for 14d and then decreased(p〉0.05) after starvation for 21d.The serum glucose levels decreased sharply(p〈0.05) after starvation for 7d and then kept stably.The concentrations of total protein,albumin and globin decreased significantly(p〈0.05) after starvation for 14d,7d and 21d,respectively.The serum triglyceride and the total cholesterol and globin decreased significantly(p〈0.05) after starvation for 7d and 21d,respectively.The concentrations of Na+ and Cl-decreased significantly(p〈0.05) after starvation of 14d.After starvation for 21d,the concentrations of Na+ increased significantly(p〈0.05) and the Cl-increased again(p〉0.05).The concentrations of Ca2+ decreased significantly(p〈0.05) after starvation.No differences were detected among the groups in the K+ concentrations and AKP activity.After re-feeding for 20d,the blood indices all recovered at different levels.Regressions are developed to simulate the relationship between starvation time and each parameter that the highest coefficients of determination for all parameters are on cube regression equation,among which the coefficients of determination of the concentrations of Ca2+ are the highest,0.964.The Ca2+concentrations may be the starvation indices for assessment of their easy detection.
