摘  要:研究脉搏波特征信息与睡眠呼吸事件的关系,实现对呼吸事件的初步判别。采用小波变换的方法分析光电容积脉搏波,提取特征参量,结合专家经验校正后的呼吸事件分布,寻找这些参量与睡眠呼吸事件的相关关系,确立呼吸事件的初步判据,并用于呼吸事件初步判别。研究了5位受试者夜间脉搏波信号,专家校正的一晚呼吸事件总数为1239次。结果表明,呼吸事件初步判别的符合率在91%以上,尤其对于患有中重度OSAHS的病人,符合率可达96.1%。本研究提供了利用脉搏波特征参量进行呼吸事件初步判别的理论根据和实现方法。The relationship between pulse wave characteristics and sleep-related breathing events and the realization of primary recognition of breathing events were studied.After analyzing the pulse wave with wavelet transform and extracting its characteristics,the correlation between these characteristics and sleep-related breathing event was investigated,combining the breathing event distribution revised by specialists with the established criterion.The pulse signals of five participants were studied,and the total number of breathing events revised by specialists was 1239.The results indicated that the coincidence rate of primary recognition of breathing events was above 91%,and 96.1% especially for severe OSAHS patients.The proposed method provided theoretical foundation and realization method for recognizing sleep-related breathing events using pulse wave characteristics.
