摘 要:在长日照条件下,分析了HPGMR农垦58S与HPGMR 105S,HPGMR农垦58S与6个粳型品种、HPGMR 105S与1个粳型品种配制的F_1、F_2及回交F_1代;HPGMR农垦58S与2个粳型品种的F_3、F_5家系,源于这两组合杂种后代的3个稳定可育纯系,及其与HPGMR农垦58S配制的F_1代的育性表现。结果表明:HPGMR农垦58S与其转育的HPGMR 105S具有等位的光敏核不育基因。HPGMR的光敏核不育性属孢子体不育类型,受核内隐性主基因控制,不表现明显的细胞质效应。HPGMR的光敏核不育性及其育性恢复涉及到两对相互独立的核内主基因的遗传和弱效修饰基因的作用。拟HPGMR的主基因型为(ms_1^(ph)ms_1^(ph)ms_2^(ph)ms_2^(ph)),参试品种农垦58的主基因型为(Ms_1^(ph)Ms_1^(ph)Ms_2^(ph)Ms_2^(ph)),其余参试品种为(Ms_1^(ph)Ms_1^(ph)Ms_2^(ph)Ms_2^(ph))。Ms_1^(ph)为完全显性,恢复能力为正常可育。Ms_2^(ph)为不完全显性,恢复能力弱于Ms_1^(ph),为部分可育,Ms_2^(ph)基因间具有累加作用。During long day season, the fertility inheritance of HPGMR was studied with F_1、F_2populations derived from crosses between HPGMR Nongken 58(Nongken 58s)andHPGMR105(105s)F_1、F_2 and BF_1 populations descended from crosses between Non-gken 68s and 6 japonica varieties and between 105s and a japonica variety, some F_3、F_5 plant lines and three fertile lines were derived from crosses between Nongken 58sand 2 japonica varieties, F_1 descended from crosses between Nongken 58s and thesefertile lines. These populations analysed were planted on the Farm of Huazhong Agric-ultural University(30°30′N)during(1987-1989). Results obtained are as follows. (1)Nongken 58s and 105s derived from cross between Nongken58s and Eyi 105 haveallellic sterile gene(s). (2)HPGMR belongs to sporophytic sterility type. Its male steril-ity is controlled by recessive genic gene(s), and is at related to cytoplasm, (3)Thesterility of HPGMR and its fertility restoration involve two pairs of independent genicmajor-genes. Nongken 58s have two pairs of independent recessive genic major-genes,its genotype suggested is(ms_1^(ph) ms_1^(ph) ms_2^(ph) ms_2^(ph)),One variety tested, Nongken 58,have a pair of dominant restorer major-gene, its genotype suggested is (Ms_1^(ph) Ms_1^(ph)ms_2^(ph) ms_2^(ph)), other varity tested have two pairs of dominant restorer genes, their genotypessuggested are(Ms_1^(ph) Ms_1^(ph) Ms_2^(ph) Ms_2^(ph)). (4)Ms_1^(ph) which have complete fertility res-toration ability is a complete dominant gene. Ms_2^(ph) which have partial fertilty restor-ation ability is a incomplete dominant gene. Ms2 is characteried by dosage effect.
