摘　　要：AOI技术是现代检测技术的新概念,它的出现促进了表面贴装技术的发展和革新。目前AOI技术正被广泛应用在全世界各种离线和在线用途上,尤其适合发现和预防各种和焊接有关的缺陷。文章对不同类型AOI的工作原理进行阐述,并通过分析SMT生产方式,有针对性地提出了配合SMT柔性生产模式的实施技巧与策略,分析了其在SMT生产上的应用时应注意的几个问题和工艺要点,并对AOI未来的发展进行了展望。AOI is a new concept of contemporary inspection technology. AOI has developed and innovated the SMT since it was appeared. Now it is widely used for inline and offline applications worldwide and especially well suited to detection and prevention of solder-related problems. The article introduces the different principles of AOI, and puts forward the technique and tactic of AOI technology used in SMT production through the analysis of SMT production types. The article also analyzes some problems and key technologies. The development of AOI in future is predicted.
