摘 要:目的观察艾叶复方中药提取液加热挥发用于妇科病房消毒的效果,为医院妇科病房中药空气消毒剂研发提供依据。方法采用95%乙醇提取、减压浓缩制备艾叶复方中药提取液;艾叶复方中药提取液采取电加热直接挥发的方法进行空气消毒;分别测定艾叶复方中药提取液和紫外线消毒前、消毒后30min、6h、12h病房空气中细菌菌落总数。结果与消毒前比较,艾叶复方中药提取液高剂量消毒后30min至12h,病房空气中细菌菌落数显著性降低(t检验,P<0.01,P<0.05);低剂量组消毒后30min时,病房空气中细菌菌落数显著性降低(P<0.05),12h后仍有20.9%的杀菌率;紫外线消毒后30min病房空气中细菌菌落数显著性降低(P<0.05),但12h后杀菌效果消失。艾叶复方中药提取液还具有消毒作用持续时间长、对人体无刺激的特点。结论艾叶复方中药提取液电加热挥发可用于病房空气消毒,且消毒效果优于紫外线。Objective To observe the effects of Compound Taditional Chinese Medicince(TCM) of folium artemisiae argyi extract on air sterilization in gynaecological ward and provide information for research and development of TCM air disinfector. Methods Compound TCM of folium artemisiae argyi was extracted by 95% ethano,and prepared by decompression and concentration. Total bacterial count of air 30 min,6 h and 16 h after sterilization with ultroviolet light and compound TCM in the ward was measured respectively. Results Total bacterial count of air in the ward significantly reduced from 30 min to 12 h after sterilization with high dosage of compound TCM of folium artemisiae argyi( P 〈0.01. P〈0. 05). And total bacterial count of air significantly decreased 30 min after sterilization with low dosage of it( P 〈0.05). The sterilizing rate was 20.9% 12 h after sterilization. 30 min after sterilization with ultroviolet, total bacterial count was also greatly decreasing in the ward. but sterilizing effect disappeared 12 h later. Compound TCM of folium artemisiae argyi had the features of long duration of sterilization and non-irritation to body. Conclusion Compound TCM of folium artemisiae argyi can be used in the ward air sterilization by evaporating through electric heating and its sterilization effect was better than that of ultroviolet.
