摘 要:研究了5种杀虫剂不同浓度时对多年生黑麦草(Lolium perenne)和紫羊茅(Festuca rubra)萌发期根长、苗长的安全性影响。结果表明,在0~2 000 mg/L范围内,随着5种杀虫剂浓度增大,多年生黑麦草、紫羊茅的根、苗长均呈减小趋势,且受到的负向抑制率越明显。其中,绿草定抑制率最强,其EC50值是227.25 mg/L,浓度500 mg/L时抑制率均已达100%;哒螨灵抑制率最小,EC50值是1 322.17 mg/L,浓度2 000 mg/L时,对多年生黑麦草、紫羊茅的根、苗长的抑制率分别是77.58%、38.55%和89.33和81.58%。其余的介于二者之间,依次为二嗪磷〉苯霜灵〉残杀威。低浓度残杀威对多年生黑麦草根长、紫羊茅根、苗长促进作用明显,浓度50 mg/L时促进率分别为41.15%、26.09%和61.17%。萌发期多年生黑麦草、紫羊茅根长、苗长的抑制率同5种杀虫剂不同浓度下自然对数的相关性均大于0.90;与5种杀虫剂敏感性大小为,多年生黑麦草根〉紫羊茅根〉紫羊茅苗〉多年生黑麦草苗,四者间对杀虫剂的敏感性无显著差异。Five diffient insecticides on security of perennial ryegrass and red fescue in seedling was studied. The results showed that length of the root and radical of the two turf grasses exhibited a decrease trend, and the inhibitory activity was much distinctness, as the concentration of five insecticides increased from o to 2 000 mg/ L, Inhibitory rate of triclopyr was the most severity, its EC50 was 227.25 mg/L, inhibitory rate was all100% at 500 mg/L concentration. While inhibitory rate of pyridaben was slightest and its EC50 was 1 322.17 mg/L. The inhibitory activity of root and radcial length of perennial ryegrass and red feseue was respectively 77.58%, 38.55% and 89.33% ,81.58% ,the other insecticides were also toxic and theirs EC50 were between 227.25 mg/L and 1 322.17 mg/L, the order was diazinon 〉 benalaxyl 〉 propoxur, lower concentration of propoxur had an obviously advanced effect on the length of perennial ryegrass root and the length of red fescue root and radical,the positive effect rate was 41.15% ,26.09% and 61.17% at 50 mg/L concentration. The correlation of logarithm with inhibitory rate of the length of root and radicall on perennial ryegrass and red fescue in seedling was all above 0.9. The sensitivity with five insecticides was perennial ryegrass root 〉 red fescue root 〉 red fescue radical 〉 perennial ryegrass radical, there were no prominent diffience among them.
