摘 要:对以梗S/籼,粳S/籼//籼,籼S/籼、爪哇或粳WCV,籼S//籼S/籼、爪哇或粳WCV等杂交方式选育籼型光敏核不育系的效果进行了比较分析。结果表明:以籼S为供体亲本比以粳S为供体亲本的杂交方式分离世代籼型光敏核不育株的入选率高,其中籼S//籼S/籼,爪哇或粳WCV复交方式分离世代的籼型光敏核不育株入选率极显著地高于其它杂交方式,选育效果较好。Four types of cross designs, a) japonica PGMS line/indica variety, b) japonicaPGMS line/indica variety//indica variety, c) indica PGMS line/ indica variety,javanica or japonica wide-compatibility variety, and d) indica PGMS line//indica PGMSline/indica variety, javanica or japonica wide-compatibility variety, were used in breed-ing new indica PGMS lines. Results shows: while all designs were feasible, thedesigns using indica PGMS lines as the donor parents were more efficient. The multiplecross of indica PGMS line//indica PGMS line/indica variety, javanica or japonica wide-compatibility variety was recommended for increasing the proportion of indica PGMS insegregation of posterity.
