摘  要:采用电喷雾质谱法得到了重烷基苯磺酸钠的相对分子质量分布,经过对质谱图解析确定了各组峰的族组成归属和烷基碳数分布;用高效液相色谱使重烷基苯磺酸钠各族组成得到分离,并结合质谱分析结果和族组成的极性规律判断出各组峰的族组成归属。用面积归一化法得出A段和B段重烷基苯磺酸钠的各族组成的质量分数,相对标准偏差0.58%-4.72%,各族组成质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,证明了用面积归一化法的可行性。Molecular distribution of sodium heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate was obtained by electron spray ionization - mass spectrometry ( ESI - MS). Through the analysis of mass spectra, the group composition and carbon number distribution of each peak group were identified. Using HPLC, constituents of each group were separated. By combining the ESI - MS analysis results and the polarity rule of all group composition, the normalization of each group was confirmed. Mass fraction of each group composition of sodium heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate (fraction A and fraction B) were obtained by area normalization method. The standard deviation was found as 0.58% -4. 72%. The mass fraction of each constituent shows good linearity with the corresponding peak area. It shows that the use of area normalization method in this case is feasible.
