侨乡乡镇体育资源配置特征及其运作场域与路径分析——社会资本视域下侨乡社会体育发展绩效的实证研究

摘　　要：采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法、田野调查法等,对晋江八百乡体育资源配置进行调查研究。结果表明:侨乡晋江乡镇体育资源配置呈现物力投资多元化、人力服务自治化、财力来源民间化、互动交流频繁化等显著特征;家族关系网络、海外关系网络、企业关系网络、体育社团关系网络是侨乡乡镇体育资源配置的重要方式;侨乡社会资本所依托的各种社会关系网络和文化规范是侨乡乡镇体育资源得以运作场域的基本要素;独具特色的区域经济模式、颇具传统的体育活动项目等为侨乡社会资本网络资源的运行和共享开辟了运作和转换的路径。In this article, literature review, interview and questionnaire are employed to investigate and research sports resources distribution in Qiaoxiang counties. Research findings show that sports resources distribution displays such salient characteristics as pluralistic material resources input, autonomic human resources service, financial resources of civilian origin and frequent exchange between counties. The important means for sports service distribution include family member network, oversees Chinese network, enterprise network and sports association network. The basic factor why sports resources in Qiaoxiang counties can function well is various social relationship networks and cultural norms. While the unique regional economic operating model and traditional sports events development make it possible for Qiaoxiang to manipulate and share the social network resources.
