摘　　要：以某钢铁企业140 t铁水罐的顷翻吊钩的工作过程为研究对象,采用几何结构和积分计算方法对顷翻过程中铁水罐的工作载荷进行研究,得到了顷翻吊钩随着罐体顷翻角度变化的倾动力矩曲线和吊钩工况载荷曲线。Taking the work process of the tilting lifting hook for 140 t pig iron ladle of one steel enterprise as the subject investigated, geometry and integration computing methods are used to conduct the research on the working toad of the pig iron ladle during the tilting process so as to find tilting moment curve and lifting hook operating condition load curve of tilting lifting hook which changes along with the ladle body tilting angle variation.
