摘　　要：介绍了热镀锌生产线采用立式连续退火炉的优越性。分段张力控制,自动纠偏装置,设置均衡段以及防结疤、防瓢曲技术使热镀锌生产线的生产效率和产品质量不断提高。This paper describes that the advantages of vertical type continuous annealing furnace is used for the hot galvanizing production line. Subsection tension control, automatic deviation rectified device, equalizer section setting, as well as scab proof and anti buckling techniques are used to improve the production efficiency and product quality of the hot galvanizing production line.
