摘　　要：目的:建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定苯胺法制得的醋酸棉酚含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为美国Alltech Alltima C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-磷酸(90:10:0.1)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为238 nm。结果:棉酚浓度在0.01～0.1 mg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991)。高、中、低3个浓度平均回收率(n=3)分别为99.7%,101.3%,100.5%;RSD 分别为0.82%,0.71%,1.0%。结论:本方法分析准确可靠、快速、简单,重复性好,可用于苯胺法制得的醋酸棉酚含量的测定。Objective：To establish an RP - HPLC method for the determination of gossypol acetate prepared by the method of aniline. Methods： The HPLC assay was Optimized by reverse phase HPLC at 238 nm on an Alltima C18 （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） column with methanol - water - phosphoric acid（90： 10：0.1 ） as mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^-1. Results：Tim linear range was between 0.01 and 0.1 mg· mL^-1 （r =0. 9991 ） ;The average recoveries （ n = 3 ） of high, middle,low concentrations were 99.7% , 101.3% , 100.5% and RSD were 0.82% ,0. 71%, 1.0% ,respectively. Conclusion：The method is accurate ,reliable ,rapid, simple and reproducible, and has been successfully applied to the determination of gossypol acetate prepared by the method of aniline.
