摘  要:目的:研究人工栽培玄参中色素提取物的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用热板法、冰醋酸刺激致痛法测定小鼠痛阈;利用二甲苯造小鼠耳廓炎症模型,测定小鼠耳片质量;采用腹腔染料渗出法,测定小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性。结果:玄参色素提取物能提高热板致痛小鼠的痛阈值及减少冰醋酸刺激致痛小鼠的扭体次数;对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、冰醋酸致腹腔毛细血管通透性增高均有明显的抑制作用。结论:玄参色素提取物有抗炎镇痛的活性。OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of pigments from Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl. METHODS Hot plate law, acetic acid glacial stimulation-induced pain law were adopted to observe the analgesic effect; the xylene induced mouse auricle inflammation model and dye peritoneal exudation model were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of pigments from Scrophularia ningpoensis. RESULTS Pigments from Scrophularia ningpoensis Hernsl gavaged in mice significantly prolonged time of pain threshold and significantly reduced writhing times. In addition, the auricle inflammation and the increase of abdominal capillary permeability were significantly inhibited. CONCLUSION It has demonstrated in our study that the pigments of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl has significantly anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
