新洗喷雾剂治疗Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨新洗喷雾剂的临床应用效果。方法:按三度四分法选择烧伤患者,并与湿润烧伤膏、磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)冷霜进行比较。结果:治疗组与对照组差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:新洗喷雾剂止痛效果、创面感染控制、创面愈合时间、瘢痕增生程度都优于对照组,治疗费用低于对照组,未见不良反应发生,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To study the clinic applicative effect of Xinxi spray. METHODS To choose the burnt patients according to the rules of Three-degree and four-kind and to compare the effect of the spray with that of the other medicines for burn wound. RESULTS There was significant difference between the treat group and the control group （P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION The pain-alleviation, infection-control of the burn wound, healing time-reduction and the degree of scar hyperplasia of the spray were all better than those of the controt, while the treating cost was lowered. It was valuable to be used extensively in clinic with no significant side effect.
