摘　　要：通过调查分析,山东省科技中介服务机构的发展具备了良好基础,但仍然存在发展不平衡、服务能力不足、体制机制不够健全和发展环境不够完善等突出问题。为推动山东省科技中介服务机构的快速发展,必须推进体制创新,完善科技中介服务体系;引入市场机制,增强科技中介服务机构活力;加强自身建设,提升科技中介服务水平;发挥政府主导作用,营造良好发展环境。Although the sci-teeh intermediating organizations in Shangdong province have already land a good foundation,there are still a lot of problems such as the development is not balanced,the intermediaring services can not supply the demand,the system and mechanism are lagging behind,the services standards are still low, and the environment for development is imperfect. In order to drive the sci-teeh intermediating organizations rapid development in S reform, perfect the hangdong province,the authors suggest that the sci-tech intermediating organizations deepen the administrative mechanism, strengthen the self-building and create a healthy environment.
