摘　　要：国防科研项目投资对于我国的技术进步及军事实力的增长起着举足轻重的作用,但不确定性带来的风险问题需要解决。通过构建层次结构模型,对国防科研投资风险进行了简要分析和评估,并提出了应对风险的相关措施。National defense scientific research investment plays a great role in technology advancement and military power. Howcver, the problem brought by the risk of uncertainty needs to be solved. This text provides a brief analysis and evaluation of the risk of national defense scientific research by building a hierarchy model,and gives some measures to deal with the risk.
