摘　　要：黑龙江省石化产业在未来几年由战略发展所引致的人才需求研究迫在眉睫。针对黑龙江省石化产业严格纵向一体化模式及其专业技术人才分布特征,选定GM(1,1)模型,预测黑龙江省石化产业专业技术人才需求量,在此基础上构建科学的人才资源规划以规避专业技术人才资源不足和资源浪费现象。The demand for talent research are on at imminent in Heilongjiang province petrochemical industry in the next few years. Against the strict vertical integration model and the distribution characterism of professional and technical personnel,select GM （1,1） model to forecast the demand for professional and technical personnel in Heilongjiang Province petrochemical industry in the next few years,and on the basis construct scientific talent resource planning to avoid the lack of professional and technical personnel resources and waste of resources,
