南方“猪-沼-果”生态农业模式标准化建设与效益分析

摘　　要：以南方"猪-沼-果"生态农业模式典型地区——四川省苍溪县为例,通过对标准建设模式和非标准建设模式农户的定点调查与监测,确定了"猪-沼-果"标准模式建设内容为"三建三改",即每个试验户建1口沼气池、建1个标准化果园、建1个微水池和改厨房、改厕所、改猪圈。此标准模式在生猪饲养、果树种植、土壤肥力和增加农民收入等方面具有非常显著的效果。该区1户示范户开展标准模式建设共需投资6 560元,财务净现值为2.87万元,动态投资回收期为1.28年。该标准模式投资少,见效快,经济效益明显,是优化农业资源配置,发展"高产、高效、优质"农业,增加农民收入的有效途径,适宜在我国南方地区推广应用。Taking Cangxi County,Sichuan Province,as a typical South China region for ＂pig-biogas-fruit＂ eco-agriculture model,rural household research and survey on standardized and non-standardized models were conducted.Standardized eco-agriculture models with ＂three constructions and three changes＂ including the construction of biogas digester,standardized fruit garden and pond,and changes in kitchen,toilet and hogpen are identified.Based on relative index analysis,the standardized model has remarkable ecological and economic benefits on pig breeding,fruit-tree production and soil fertility,and also increases farmers＇ income.The study also shows that a typical household with standardized model needs 6 560 yuan for investment,present net financial value from investment is 28 700 yuan,with a dynamic investment payback period of 1.28 years.The farmer practicing the ＂pig-biogas-fruit＂ model invests less and achieves more,which is an effective way of increasing farmers＇ income and is very suitable for wide application in South China.
