摘　　要：针对国产氯气浓度在线检测装置的测量精度低、功能单一，国外产品价格昂贵、通信距离短的缺点，研制了一种新型氯气浓度在线检测装置。该装置以MSP430单片机为处理器，使用恒电位电解式传感器对空气中的氯气浓度进行测量，当氯气浓度超标时报警，并可通过GPRS网络与控制中心连接。测试情况表明，装置的设计方案切实可行，达到了检测范围0—2×10^-5、误差小于2％、响应时间小于30s的性能指标，可广泛应用于造纸、纺织、制药、水处理等场合，完全满足使用需要。A chlorine gas online detect instrument was developed. Adopting MSP430 processor and constant electric potential electrolytic gas sensor, it could measure the concentration of chlorine gas in the air, give an alarm when the concentration of chlorine gas is out of range and communicate with the control center by GPRS. The measurement range of the instrument is 0 ~ 20 ppm, response time is less than 30 sec and the detecting error is less than 2%. This design is feasible and can meet the real application in papermaking industry, textile industry, pharmacy and water treatment industry.
