利用海水湿排粉煤灰制备新型承重墙体材料

摘　　要：为实现海水湿排粉煤灰（海排灰）的高效资源化利用，通过试验研究了利用海排灰、废石屑、水泥制备新型承重墙体材料。结果表明：海排灰掺量45％～65％，水泥掺量8％～15％，废石屑掺量25％-40％，外加剂掺量1％-1．5％，在设计的生产工艺下，制品仅有轻微泛霜，能够满足一等品要求；采取一定的粉煤灰活化措施和调整生产工艺参数，利用海排灰和废石屑等原材料，可以生产出MU10，MU20蒸压粉煤灰砖，制品满足JC239—2001《粉煤灰砖》标准要求，同时具有高利废率特点。To realize highly effective use of sea water wet-discharged fly ash, this paper studied preparation of load bearing wall material utilizing sea water wet-discharged fly ash, waste stone chip and cement. Test results show that products are efflorescence lightly and can satisfy demands of first-rate when content of sea water wet-discharged fly ash is 45% - 65%, cement 8% - 15%, waste stone chip 25% -40%, and admixture 1% - 1.5% using designed producing technology. After applying activation measure of sea water wet- discharged fly ash and rectifying producing technology, utilize of sea water wet-discharged fly ash and waste stone chip can produce autoclaved brick of MU10 and MU20, which satisfy demands of JC239 -2001 （Fly Ash Brick）and have characteristic of highly effective use of waste materials.
